  • Use a clean utensil and avoid repeatedly handling the portion that will be stored.
  • Cook into soups, stews or sauces as preferred; keep the remaining pack protected from contamination.

Storage tips

  • If supplied soft or moist, refrigerate at 4°C or below and use promptly; Meal05 household quality target: about 3–5 days after delivery.
  • For longer storage of soft Iru, divide into clean portions and freeze; thaw only the amount needed.
  • If a supplier batch is fully dried rather than moist, keep it airtight in a cool, dry place and follow the pack or supplier storage directions.
